I got the pleasure to attend the fashion show of Peter Pilotto in Victoria & Albert Museum, friday 20 November.
Personally I think the museum was the perfect location for the fashion show. It’s a beautiful building and I recommend that when your come to London you should visit the Victoria and Albert museum.
A little background info on the fashion brand Peter Pilotto and the designers behind the label, Christopher de Vos and Peter Pilotto. They made their debut in 2007 and earned instant acclaim with the use of digital design and colors. Their label is being sold in more then 50 countries and plenty of A-listers walk the red carpet wearing one of their pieces.
Victoria and Albert museum present Fashion in Motion featuring some of the greatest designers. In these series of live catwalk events, they bring couture to a wider audience. Previous designers who also did Fashion in Motion: Gareth Puth (15 June 2007), Vivienne Westwood (30 April 2004), Alexander McQueen (June 1999), Kenzo (12 November 2010) just to name a few.
So this was my first ever fashion show to attend and I was seated front row! Right where the models would come on the catwalk. Since I didn’t want to miss a thing of this show, I tapped most of it and took many photo’s.
The music for this show was perfect and the pieces looked amazing. And that backdrop of the museum, amazing. See for yourself below!
